Trinity invites applications for PhD Scholarships in Employee Engagement

Trinity Business School is offering fundings and scholarships for PhD research in the area of Employee Engagement. The scholarship aims to reward postgraduate students and help them pursue careers in professional business research and academics at various business schools around the world. The focus area for this research will be determined in consultation with the sponsor company. Research on employee engagement has critical significance for understanding the dynamics of employee productivity, employee retention and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility requirements include a minimum of 2:1 undergraduate degree in social sciences and a masters degree in a relevant subject area, for instance MBA. A structured PhD programme will be conducted by the Trinity Business School and the scholarship will include a stipend funding of 17000 euros per year for upto 3 years and an additional 2000 euros per annum for field and conference attendance.
