The ATU Sports Scholarship programme provides supports to talented student athletes to recognise their need to balance both sporting and academic commitments.

Through both financial and non-financial benefits, the ATU Sport Scholarship programme aims to reward students for their dedication and skill and provide them further opportunity to develop as students and sportspeople.

Financial Benefits

Scholarship recipients will receive a cash payment or fee waiver relevant to the tier of scholarship awarded as follows:

  • Gold recipients:  €3,000 per annum (athletes of exceptional standard)

  • Silver recipients: €1,500 per annum

  • Bronze recipients: €500 per annum

Non-Financial Benefits
